Refund Policies

At Kore-Sore (KS Games), we understand how troublesome it is to order merchandises online.  That's why we offer our customers the option to return items.  Listed below is the return policy.

1. Kore-Sore must be notified of the return within 7 days of your receipt of the product.

2. The product must be manufacture-sealed.  If an item is opened and returned to us, we will be unable to process the refund. 

3. If the return is due to Kore-Sore's error, we will accept full responsibility for all shipping cost.
(ex. If we delivered the wrong merchandise.)

4. If the return is not due to Kore-Sore's error, a refund will not be eligible.
(ex. If the buyer changes their mind about an item.)

Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days.  However, during the holiday season, please allow up to 10 business days for us to process the order.
